• There may be a cancellation fee if we do not receive notice of your cancellation.
• To ensure we can offer appointments to those who need them most, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
• More than 24 hours’ notice (but less than 48 hours): a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellation, or non-attendance: a 100% cancellation fee will apply 
• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us run an efficient and fair service for all patients
