Studio Pilates classes at Brisbane Sports Medicine are instructed by an experienced therapist with a sports science background. These classes are designed to reform, re-balance and revive your whole-body connection and help activate and strengthen the weak and tight muscles all in the one class. Reformer machines are used in our classes which allow you to work against resistance that can be adjusted to suit your individual level of fitness, this means anyone can do Studio Pilates.
Our instructor Jenni is a Remedial Soft Tissue Therapist with 25 years experience. She has had experience with a diverse range of elites, Olympic and children athletes. Pilates enhances performance, prevents injuries reoccurring and helps maintain stability and strength, while athletes are growing in different ways including confidence and maturity. This is all part of performing at there best and achieving there short and long-term goals.
If you are looking at improving your fitness for marathons, triathlon’s, trekking or just general fitness this class is for you. Pregnant women are welcome. Please let reception know if you are pregnant or have any injuries when booking your class.

We would recommend that you wear something comfortable that you are able to move freely in. Socks are recommended on our reformers for hygiene reasons.
Please bring your own towel and water bottle. Bottles of water can be purchased in clinic. We ask that you wear socks on the reformer for hygiene reasons. Grip socks can be purchased in clinic.
